Backlinks, help with how to get them

I have a goal of getting 200 backlinks, but how do I go about getting them?

I've made a squidoo lens, submitted articles to ezines, digged, stumbled, propelled, reddit, made a blog on blogger and wordpress, posted comments on Flickr, what else is there to do....

Here are 3 quick ideas:

Submit your Squidoo RSS feed to fees sites.

Make posts on forums and include a signature link.

Create more blogs / free web pages and link them back to what you have already created.
