Hello everybody, compliments for this interesting forum!

I have a question for you:
if I have to send backlinks from a Tier 1 to a money site, what is better to do with the anchor text?

Creating many articles with differents anchor text that point to the home page, or many articles with differents anchor text that point to single internal thematic page?

Example1:
Article-1 with anchor "iphone 7" link to -> Home page (www. mysite. com)
Article-2 with anchor "iphone 7 price" link to -> Home page (www. mysite. com)

Example 2
Article-1 with anchor "iphone 7" link to -> internal page (www. mysite. com/iphone-7)
Article-2 with anchor "iphone 7 price" link to -> internal page (www. mysite. com/iphone-7)

Thank you.

Do similarly as the competitors do. Stronger links should usually use exact match anchor, while weaker ones war/brand anchors anchors such as domain.com, http://domain.com , or just domain in case the domain isn't an EMD. This is a general rule, but you should emulate what competitors do ... to many exact match anchors are definitelly really bad.

That looks like a great way to end up overoptimised.

Brand/generic/URL anchors mostly point to homepage. Take a look at any natural link profile of some bigger domain.

Partial, exact and LSI go to inner pages.

80 - 90% of your total anchor ratio should be just brand and URL anchors.

From 1 pbn site must be only 1 link. This link will be stronger then 5 links from 5 articles the same site.

Thank you,
but are there issues if the blog article is in english language and the backlink has an italian anchor and point to an italian site?
This can be penalized by penguin?

I am not an expert but I have seen, it depends a lot on the niche too. Some niche ranks much faster with more exact anchor targeting the same page while some other do not and you may have to vary it to the max possible.

Ok, but my answer is if in a english text an italian exact anchor targheting to an italian site maybe penalized.

That's not an issue mate, Don't worry about that. If the anchor text is not relevant to the URL that will make SEO difficult.

Try to diversify anchors -- exact, URL, brand, partial, LSI, generic (click here, image links, etc.). The ratios vary, but around 20% for exact is what you should aim for. Then internal linking also comes into play, where you can then have an exact match KW on the homepage that links out to the internal page. The juice coming into the homepage then helps that internal page rank.

Hi mate, if the article is related to anchor text, you can make a link to any relevant language site.

So 80-90% of links should be towards homepage ?

Not necessarily, brand and URL don't necessarily always go to the homepage. They are random. Random is natural. However, majority does point to homepage. I point at least 70% of links to homepage personally.

I am curious of the effects if that is reversed. 70% to internal pages.
