backlinks from the same website with different keywords

If I make links from a site with one keyword "keyword 1" then create a new link from the same site using another keyword "keyword 2"; will this be ok for keyword 2? or will my site not rank well for that keyword?
 
Only the first anchor to the same target is counting. This has been tested many times. Second link is doing anything.
 
I disagree with subster and have not seen any studies that say that so I'm not sure where he's getting his information from. The second link may count less, but I wouldn't say that it doesn't count at all.

I think it was on the german blog of sistrix, a great tool for metri measurementsin SEO terms or it was on the blog of some high professionals who did the measurement with the help of sistrix, I cant remember enough. I'll have a look if I find the article for you and post back if I find it. But the results were speaking for itself.
