I would never recommend pushing a mass of spam link of any kind, even socials, in THAT volume directly to a MS or T1 unless you have the page views to back it up.

A) It looks REALLY fake.

B) Its low quality.

C) It screws your backlink profile percentages.

Try fewer socials, but of a higher quality and dripfed.

It will seen as spamming which is very bad for the site, it can be blacklisted too if the links are very suspicious.
IMO, don't get Mass tweets, it's not worth your time.

Social media backlinks are no-follow. They why you want to create too many backlinks? It may harm your site.

But i know one site. That site got ******** backlink form facebok. That website got 2 backlink from google. Then how is this possible??

try do make it more natural. more links from the main social media site like fb,twitter, g+ etc and less from reddit, delicious,stumbleupon etc...
