Yes,I want to ask If im getting good backlinks and not wasting my time..

what do you guys think..is it any good

well i went to a random livejourney page at h77p://nyssa-p.livejournal*c0m/40241.html
no rss feed
and viewed source and found this

href="http://nyssa-p.livejournal*c0m/data/foaf" />
<meta name="robots" content="noindex, nofollow, noarchive" />
<meta name="googlebot" content="noindex, nofollow, noarchive, nosnippet" />

now if they allow you to alter the source code just change noindex to index

and on author page h77p://nyssa-p.livejournal*c0m/

you do have rss feed, the feed has your titles as anchor text, you can add feed to rss dir. but looks like no link juice leaving the site

<link rel="group friends made" title="LiveJournal friends" href="http://nyssa-p.livejournal*c0m/friends" />
<meta name="robots" content="noindex, nofollow, noarchive" />
<meta name="googlebot" content="noindex, nofollow, noarchive, nosnippet" />

i would say thumbs down, unless they let you change the noindex to index and nofollow to follow

my two cents

Your just wasting time unless your getting some traffic from the links.

I wouldn't waste time on them.
Tried them and no effect. Plus they are nofollow.

A quality link profile will contain a percentage of nofollow links.

Yes its nofollow.
But think of this:

You have alot of web 2.0 links, but all the links come from d0-f0llow platform. Won't that make google think that something fishy is going on?

Web 2.0 platform is used by "an average Joe". People who are non-techy are suppose to share their opinion by these free web 2.0 platforms. That is why google loves web 2.0. Web 2.0 link building will never go out of date. So use it wisely. Mix them up.

Also try to go for anchor text diversity. Throw in some raw URLs and unrelated keywords. That would help.
