There’s nothing special just use all the engines you would for Tier 1. These are the ones I use.
Why do you think information is lacking here? There are tons of threads and posts about it on Black Hat World. I actually found Black Hat World myself when I was looking to buy some stuff in the marketplace. Plus, there’s a dedicated community for the software, along with wikis and blogs.
If you are using a link lists or 3rd party services like ser verified lists , sernuke engines etc they also offer some guides on there sites as well.
Google is your friend. These resources are freely available, and almost all questions asked here have already been answered in their community, documentation, or even repeatedly in discussions.
That being said, these are the engines I use for both T1 and T2 campaigns.
