Hi all,
I would like to understand why backlinks from GSA SER I don't see them from Google search console or ahrefs.
From GSA SER it was telling me they were indexed, but a week later I don't see them anywhere.
can anyone help me?

I doubt GSA's index checking function works after Google's javascript update. If you're using an indexing service, GSA might be telling you that your urls have been sent to that service, but that doesn't mean they're indexed.

I also don't think that there are many GSA link types that will index naturally any more.

how indexing method works so that js update prevent from indexing

I'm referring to GSA's index checking function. To check whether a url is indexed, GSA would perform a search on Google for something like site:https://your-gsa-link.com (I'm not sure the exact syntax the app uses). As Google searches now need an environment that allows javascript execution (or good farmed cookies) to display any output, and GSA does not execute javascript, their index checker function won't be working.

Excluding what GSA SER says, if the backlink shows me created (by clicking I see that indeed the backlink was created), how do you think Google Search Console/Ahrefs does not detect it?
I thank you for your valuable answers!!!

Build more tiers to it.. and preferably from sites that are indexed on Google.

How long did you wait? In general, slow indexing happens because of a lack of quality content. Just make sure to load up GSA with clean content. You can use AI for content, but make it super clean...add some images, videos, include some competitors, and throw in authority external links. After all, use a good quality link list.

If you want to speed things up, try building a 3-tiered link-building project, but at least for the 1st tier, arrange the content like I advised.

After all, patience is the key. I only use GSA SER for all tiers from creating backlinks to indexing them (via tiers). No 3rd party fancy indexers for me. The only indexer I’ve tested is Speedy Indexer....that was a few months back, and it works great. But its expensive and why not to use those we get a one time fee tool in our hand

I Agree with you totally !!

Create a lower-tier project and blast links to it. Uncheck all the engines that are not contextual i would also select blog comment engines since I’ve seen faster indexing success using them for lower tiers.

Tools like GSA SER, Xrumer 23, or any platform that lets you import target URLs (website links) can work well for link building as long as their engines stay updated. Think about it: articles, forums, document-sharing sites, social networks,,these are the ‘buckets’ most sites fall into. The tool itself (GSA, Xrumer, or whatever) doesn’t matter much. What matters is the ability to import targets and automate the process.

Indexing doesn’t hinge on the CMS or platform a site uses. It’s about content usefulness and link quality. Backlinks depend on factors like SEO metrics (PA, DA, DR) from tools like Ahrefs or Moz since Google dropped PR. GSA, for example, offers engines like articles or blog comments, letting you pick platforms and import target lists you think are worth hitting.

We need no follows , Do follows and every single type links and mix of platforms wikis to articles to video sites for diversity. That being said i would more preffer on articles , blog comments (some selected with the targets , forums as search engines give priority for those )

can you DM me the links, I will test with my indexer system to see if it works

Two tier is more than enough with GSA.

Remember to use a good verified list + high quality email (free is best like google )

Stay off from junk catchalls. What i understand is by using catchalls backlinks deleting fast therefore use high quality gmail , yahoo kind emails. You can buy those in here market place. If you do catchall least grab your own domain.

these are the stats with one of my projects and as you can see i can see those in ahrefs and GSC

use high quality engines like other suggests

Which search engine are of high quality?

I realised that I am quite ignorant with GSA SER, is there a guide here in BHW done well to learn how to use it?

There’s nothing special just use all the engines you would for Tier 1. These are the ones I use.

Why do you think information is lacking here? There are tons of threads and posts about it on Black Hat World. I actually found Black Hat World myself when I was looking to buy some stuff in the marketplace. Plus, there’s a dedicated community for the software, along with wikis and blogs.

If you are using a link lists or 3rd party services like ser verified lists , sernuke engines etc they also offer some guides on there sites as well.

Google is your friend. These resources are freely available, and almost all questions asked here have already been answered in their community, documentation, or even repeatedly in discussions.

That being said, these are the engines I use for both T1 and T2 campaigns.

Googlebot/Ahrefsbot will still need to be told that your newly created pages have been created, they can't just guess the url. To do this you either need to have backlinks pointing to the new page (either internal links or tiering), have the page featured in a sitemap/rss file (and hope the domain it's on is healthy enough for regular spidering), send traffic to the url that is capable of javascript execution (as long as the page has Google Analytics attached), or use an indexer (which use several different methods to get your url in front of Googlebot's eyes - but currently mainly leverage redirects).

Indexing doesn’t hinge on the CMS or platform a site uses. It’s about content usefulness and link quality.
I've indexed enough Lorem Ipsum pages and pure nonsense text to know this isn't true. The quality of the domain the pages are on, along with the links pointing to them, are a much more important factor.

I totally get where you’re coming from ..domain quality and incoming links can absolutely get even gibberish like Lorem Ipsum indexed, no question there. That’s why I mentioned link quality alongside content usefulness in my comment. To me, it’s not an either/or thing—both play a role, and when they’re working together, the chances of indexing skyrocket.

What I was really driving at, though, is that the tool itself (like GSA SER / Xrumer/seoau) or the platform’s CMS doesn’t define the link’s fate. It’s more about how we use those tools—automation just delivers the process. Whether it’s articles, blog comments, or forums, the end game is the same: quality targets and solid execution. I lean toward articles, selected blog comments, and forums since search engines seem to favor them, but the diversity of link types still matters too. Appreciate the perspective—it’s all about piecing this puzzle together!"

I am running some sploggings with highly traffic keywords + Purely do follow blasts with various platforms and i cold rank those pages for few months. Also the niche we are in matters

THe best way to get index make sure to add some competition links to the GSA campaing...give some love to your competitors too.. I would add some authority links as well. You can automate this process with either SEO content machinne or GSA Content generator. I do use both. And other thing is dont waste your money on indexing credits or checkers instead build more and more backlinks just check NEW & LOST backlink ratio

1. Google's Indexing Process
  • Temporary Indexing: Google sometimes indexes backlinks temporarily before deciding whether to keep them in their index long term.
  • Slow Indexing: Google doesn't always index new links immediately. Sometimes, it may take weeks or even months for Google to crawl and index a new link, or it might decide not to index it at all.
2. Backlink Quality and Link Types
  • Low-Quality Links: GSA SER often generates a lot of low-quality backlinks (e.g., from spammy or unrelated sites). Google is pretty good at filtering out poor-quality links, so even if they get initially indexed, they may be deindexed later.
  • NoFollow Links: If a large portion of the backlinks are "NoFollow," they will not pass PageRank or influence rankings.
  • Links from PBNs (Private Blog Networks) or Spammy Sites: If you are using GSA SER to build links from low-quality sites or PBNs, Google may eventually deindex them after it detects patterns of spammy behavior or low-quality link-building practices.
3. Ahrefs and Google Search Console Data Delays
  • Ahrefs Delay: Ahrefs typically crawls backlinks on its own schedule, which may not be in real-time. Even if Google has indexed the links, it might take some time for Ahrefs to pick them up and reflect them in their data.
  • Google Search Console: GSC might not show all the backlinks that Google knows about

If your GSA SER backlinks do not appear in Google Search Console or Ahrefs, several reasons could explain this: Low-quality backlinks: Low-quality backlinks. False indexation: Even if GSA SER indicates that links are indexed, Google may not recognize them. Detection and deindexing: Google may have deindexed these links if they come from unreliable sites. Ahrefs and GSC have different databases: Ahrefs does not always detect all the links Google sees, and vice versa. Variable indexing time: Some links may take several weeks to appear.
