You can change the "leave a reply" to find differnt blog types or of course change to egyptian language.

I'm from Egypt. Your best chance is getting backlinks from Egyptian forums because that's the most common type of sites we have. Just go to www.google.com.eg and type any kind of arabic news headline for example and BAM. A couple a hundred forums to get links from. Btw, SEO in egypt is REALLY easy. No body does SEO around lol. And even if they do, they do it to foreign sites / targettin Google US (were all the money is)
