Backlinks from .edu did not show in ahrefs

Hi. I bought some backlinks from 6 .edu sites but when I check on ahrefs, they did not show up any backlinks from any edu site. How long will they get index on ahrefs? Or it is not counted as backlinks because when I check, it is blogs from edu site (I think maybe from students canvas).

I am so confused if I bought something not worth.

Ahrefs takes some time to crawl such backlinks. If you've recently created them, you can wait for some time to get them indexed. Otherwise, you can create tier-2 backlinks or social shares to speed up the process.
