Backlinks from a simulated search result page

Hi!

I was checking my backlinks and noticed several backlinks from pages that simulate a search engine result page, with several other websites related to my niche.

This is one of them:

Should I disavow those links?

To check this link in Moz and to see how much spam score in it. If the spam score is high, it will remove from that google Disavow.

In my opinion, Google considers 3 things to easily identify spam: link relevance, OBL and spam score. Check these things and disavow if it qualifies.
