if i write 100 word unique guestbooks and implement my links, will it be worth or will it be spam?

and as i said, if i write 100 word unique articles , will it be also spam?

these will have very low effect; the general rule is, the easier it is to make a link, the less power it has.

There is nothing wrong with this as long as you are doing it manually and keeping it niche related. Also, do some blog commenting as well. All these tools will help in ranking your site.

Crap spammy link that you simply do not want to have. Don't bother, maybe for tier 2, but even for that it's just too crap.

These can be used for Tier3 or Tier4 links or simply links that you want to use to get a new link that you have created, indexed quicker on the search engine.
I do not recommend using these links for Tier 1 or 2 or direct to your money site, as if the page is presently clean, it may be clogged by other spam comments submitted by other people. If no other comment or if guestbook is properly maintained, it should give a little bit more link mojo back to your site, but if not moderated and contains a of other spam links, this link will drag your site down.
