I can't figure out what you're asking, but backlinks are useful for SEO, yes. But not backlinks to / from FB /Twitter / YT 
Ok, pointing links to a YT video could work as I do remember to have seen cases of this, but I'm not sure about FB and Twitter.
As for getting links from these 3 platforms, I don't think they'll help your site rank higher in google... at least not because of the power of these links, it might be because of the popularity of your site on social media, but not for other reasons
