backlinks for new domain,good?

it's not something I would do but hey, it's your site and you can't really undo them.
Generally wait at least until you're indexed before you start serious backlinking and then go slow for the first few days and ramp up from there. Main thing is whatever you do - be consistent.

Ya i build about 20 basic links before i go all out. I hear google employees saying they dont ban domains that have a bunch of new backlinks directed to them but they know they are full of shit.

I've only ever done a ping of a new site through pingomatic and all my sites get indexed within 2-6 hours.

parameter is best I think for scraping all the pages from a site. it's free. just do a google search.
