If you are blogger and we will share a backlinks exchange, Will it work for SEO. Or it is black-hat.

This can work, but JasonS is right, these methods are too old. Google is really angry for people which use this method. This is super uper Black Hat method!

Why Not? if we exchange backlinks from our best/ranked website then it'll help in RANK

i mean. if i creat a blog post and add a link to x site as natural as can be.. and x site do the same.. is it bad? how google know we are exchanging backlinks?

While this may not work nowadays, the least you can have is a referring that may drive some traffic towards your site.

I'm sorry to be the one to break this to you, thread starter, but in Google sites, any kind of active and deliberate attempt to manage the flow of link juice between different websites is "black hat" the eyes of Google.

With that said, this doesn't necessarily mean that you should do things in such a way that Google can easily detect what you're doing.

Back link exchanges, by definition, should be covert.

What I mean by that is that you should own two different websites and you would then target one particular site for an exchange.

For example, if you own site A, you should link to site B from site A, and site B should link to site C.

You are then the owner of site C.

Do you see where I'm coming from?
