Dude, this is part of the SEO game, ESPECIALLY when you play with fire by spamming several hundred thousand blogs.
I've got one site that I have zero remorse for, you can say its a domain I abuse. Right now it bounces like crazy, pretty much all of the time.
I'll go from Page 100 to Page 1 for a TON of keywords, instantly. Then, weeks later I'm back around Page 100. Why? Like you I want to test the limits and hit the site, hard. With hundreds of ACTIVE auto-approve links......
So, moral of the story, who knows when you'll be back. Chances are you didn't do too much damage hitting 200k random blogs. So be thankful.
Don't do it again if you don't want to bounce around in the SERPs. You can usually get away with one or two massive blasts without seeing too much fluctuation.
