Do you guys use various kind of backlinks because backlinks diversification is very important or maybe you rank your websites with only PBNs/web 2.0s? Is it worth to create various backlinks even with really low 'fire-power' for diversification or just focus on things that give a lot of link juice like PBNs and expired web 2.0s?

PBN and Web 2.0 is also a good a way to build backlinks, but Diversity is most important in link building strategies because you want to get backlinks on different type of backlinks that is more useful for your site and also it is avoiding the penalization by google.

Just a few, no need to overdo it. PBNs, guest posts and web 2.0s are your firepower links. Sure, some links for diversity are always a good idea. Manual blog comments, manual forum posts, forum profiles or press releases. But just a few of these, not 100 first month.

Diversity is important in link building, so do some nofolow links and citations

For long-term, absolutely.

You can rank without it, for sure, but if you're in it for the long-term I'd defo suggest diversity.

Yes you have to consider diversification for you to have a natural link profile.

I have used web2.0 to diversify my PBN links. Also some manual commenting, guest posts, forums etc. If the PBN links look natural and are good, no need to overthink the diversification, it's just to be on the safe side. Also, mix up the anchor texts, do-follow / no-follow, etc.

Link diversity is part of a natural backlink profile, so yes, definitely.

TYPES OF ANCHOR TEXTS TO USE:

Exact-Match
Anchor text is "exact match" if it includes a keyword that mirrors the page that is being linked to. For example: 'link building' linking to a page about link building.

Partial-Match
Anchor text that includes a variation of the keyword on the linked-to page. For example: 'link building strategies' linking to a page about link building.

Branded
A brand name used as anchor text. For example: 'BHW' linking to an article on the BHW Forum.

Naked Link
A URL that is used as an anchor 'www.abcde.com' is a naked link anchor.

Generic
A generic word or phrase that is used as the anchor. "Click here" or “Read more” is a common generic anchor.

Images
Whenever an image is linked, Google will use the text contained in the image's alt attribute as the anchor text.

Hope that works for your website and improves google ranking.

Sincerely,
Steve

Backlinks diversification is very important in today's scenario. Since Google loves backlinks diversity and your backlink profile look like natural.

It's one of the most important aspects, otherwise your backlink profile won't look natural.
