Backlinks disappeared from GSC

I checked my links today in GSC and I had only 10 links. I previously had around 200. I checked Ahrefs and it did say 200 links.
So I thought maybe they got deindexed and Ahrefs isn't refreshed yet, but every one of the links is indexed in Google.
Is this happening to anyone else?

Are these your own pbn links or outsourced?

If outsourced then it's possible the links are getting cloaked out when googlebot is detected.

Some are mine and most of them are directories. I don't think there's any cloaking happening.

Sometimes links don't show, or pages drop out of webmaster tools, despite still being indexed.
I don't know why they have these issues, but they have for years.
The links will probably show up randomly again in the future.

For example, on one of my websites, last week my homepage was, of course, showing in GSC/GWT and all of the links showed in there.
This week, my homepage is gone from GSC/GWT, and none of it's links are showing there.
The page is still indexed, and the traffic on that website is still at an all-time high.

I'm very sure my homepage will show back up on there soon.

Somewhat common, in my experience.

Webmaster Tools is never a great reporter of backlinks IMHO.

Personally, I tend to google the specific URL and see if it's indexed. It it is then you know Google is aware of the link.

check few of them manually if they’re live on google then you don’t need to worry

Well good cloaking is impossible to tell so......
