Backlinks building for newbies

Hey guys..
So I don't know if this is allowed here. I'm a newbie on this forum as well as in blogging.
I was just thinking... If I could get people like me to come together and like.. Link up? You know.. Do free Backlinks and guest posts between each other.
What do you think?

a cute idea but a link circle jerk is not much better than tier 1 gsa blast.

what your thinking, of has been done in a way - and monetised by SAPE but the efforts I have seen to hold hands and sing Kumbaya in this sort of thing..... ends in newbie tears
