Does posting having to my website's social media accounts (for example "twitter/mycompanyname") for example on forums and other sites, increase the SEO of the specific social media page, like will it cause it to rank higher on google etc? And in turn, will that cause the ranking of the actual website (which is linked in the social media page) to improve too?
