Is it still worth the time to backlink and submit to bookmarking sites?

I saw these tools called dameon or demon i forget now but
    ITS a backlink maker
    article submitter
    blog commenter.

I was wondering is it worth getting this or should i just get something like scrapebox or xrumer? or something like senuke?

Thanks im trying to build my site to rank#1 with my keyword i even did some seo but i dont know if it will rank one without any of these methods thanks.

I would love all the help i can get im so stuck thanks

    hi man
any kind of backlinks is worth something.
if you are doing manually, focus on quality backlinks.
first I recommend trying to understand how those tools works (probably will answer your question).

    good luck
