Backlinking strategy

Hope someone can help me out with this. If you look at the pic below of the backlink strategy which is taken from Mark Lings affilorama, it shows an rss link from a Squidoo lens or a Hubpage going to Twitter. I think Mark says you can add the RSS feed to twitter but I'm not sure how you do this, can anybody help me out with this?

You set up a twitter account to autopost when your site has a new post (checking RSS). There are a few websites which offer this ( I can't remember which one I set up a while back).

ya i also use twitterfeed
its fully automatic
