I actually tried Dripable for 3 months on some 2nd tier links. Did absolutely nothing for the ranks..
 
Can any share the Link of Build My Rank thread...?? I can't find that... :(
 
I suggest to hire seo assistant, its very cheap, And ask him to do manual submissions with content variations, you will get results very soon
 
Why don't you use some fiverr gigs. Buy some that include manual submission and you should be fine.
 
what ever you choose, I suggest start with bookmark links first have google index them before you going crazy on links...

Definitely You must use high PR for back linking. But it will be more work loaded when yo will do it by your self.

dripable is spam.
search BST category & you'll find a lot there.

go with private network posts, homepage links, blogroll links which are the best.

Last week i found a good use of one of fiverr's gig for manual submission , now i'm enjoying this great result.I really think you go to fiverr.com and find for seo related gigs you're looking for.
