Just want to ask if what's a good strategy on link building for a new site?. Replies would be greatfully appreciated. Thanks!

Build WEB 2.0 pages post some content on it and blast that with Scrapebox. Also start building blog post, forum profiles and high PR article submission(not with AMR). It would be good when starting you do gust blogging and 3 way link building.

Build slowly and steadily while you're learning...

Track your progress and rankings and record the results. Empirical testing, measurement and analysis is the ONLY way to fully understand what works and what doesn't. Keep it simple at the start and let it build naturally.

Concetrate on good quality content-based tier 1 links from 2.0's/articles etc and in reasonably small volumes and then build larger quantities in the 2nd tier as suggested by scorpion king. Don't over-link directly to your main site at the start, or you'll experience massive bounce.

Also, build massive diversity in all areas of your backlink strategy; IP, content, anchors, URLs, platform/CMS, submission timing etc. Get it looking as natural as possible.

I usually stay away from high PR blog posts the first 2-4 weeks. I always start with multiple Web2.0's and a few nofollow blog posts. Oh, and of course social bookmarks on everything. Works great for me. Also keep adding new content every week if you are backlinking.

Social bookmarking will be good for new domain & web 2.0,.

Okay. Thank you for your suggestions. Appreciated and have learned from it. More suggestions will be appreciated :D

Dont forget to add content to your site, sometimes this in and of itself helps your ranking.

What do you mean massive bounce? U mean the dance?

By the way. What would i put as a backlink. My main or the pages?. i got 5 pages btw.

Start slowly if your site is new and gradually increase the amount. Diversifying the links also helps.

If new domain start natural backlink to your domain, slowly bro

i usually leave it alone for a week or two and then start building links manually for a bit.

Hiya,

i for one dont trust this keep away stuff and all that bs.

i start my websites with a massive SNX blast and ofcourse AMR. i blast all these links with a huge amount of SB aa lists and use BMD on the website itself goin all out.

I will advise you not to get scared if you see your website starting to dance hard...i for one got a complete deindex on some sites with this hard linking strategy ...but they came back stronger then ever.
The only thing a huge blast will give you is a bigger dance from my point of view.

Just my 2 cents.

Hope this helps you get a better understanding of linkbuilding.
