Backlinking for Local Business

Hi Guys

Neeeeeeewbie here. I've seen many of these linking packages on this site, would they benefit say a Local company based in England? Or because the links are random there is no benefit to having them?

Please help me to understand.

Submit your local business to online directories. Also write 5-6 well thought out articles that describe your business and the benefits that one will possess by engaging your business. Submit them to online article directories. Create a Facebook that brings the social marketing aspect into the picture as well.

Local Listings, Classified Ads, .co.uk links, country targeted traffic from Social media... these are the main ingredients for some spicy results. If I were you I would not buy a package, rather I would hire somebody and make sure that my links are well diversified while they are being built.

Some tips: Build all kinds of backlinks. Do not build more than 3-5 links per day, check the links if they are active and indexed or not afterwards. Because a SEO's work is not finished after making a backlink, the work just starts there. There is a lot to know about seo and ranking your website, spend time here and read you will know everything.

thanks for the heads up, do you advise against using the packages people are selling? E.g Sherlocks / Lady Gaga style packaged.

I surely have not experienced all the packages that are offered here. Maybe its good or maybe its not worth. Just read reviews carefully and most importantly know your needs. I am not advising against using it, but I personally prefer my own manual work over the packages.

There are many ways to get backlinking on the website.
