Are all 3 of these methods with ScrapeBox comments safe? I'm not 100% up to date with all the updates on SW (I'm like 50% through the vids) Also, any up to date instructional vids or methods for ScrapBox I should be aware of?

Any comment ridiculously appreciated. I'm starting my money site today or tomorrow baby! Cha-Ching!?.hopefully.

Private Blog Network Website. Its basically where you have a nice website thats aged and then you point links at another site you want t make money from.

Even if I submit like a small amount per week. Like say I do 10 every friday or something?

I think they are saying you are ok as long as you don't point the shitty comment links at your money site. You need a buffer site. PBN... Private blog network.. sorry I didn't know the acronym would work.. comment links are mostly for indexing these days.. they dont give you much if any linkjuice.
