This a noobish question, so I apologize, but:

If I send blasts linking to my buffer sites on SB, should they have the same anchor text as the keyword for my main site? Or does it matter? Is there a chance that the buffer sites could beat my main site in the SERPs this way?

This is not a direct answer to your question, but a few weeks ago I had a comment I made with my keyword outrank my domain for it, and the comment ranked on the first page for the keyword while my domain was ranked on the 3rd page

So its probably not a good idea to do this. Id make the keywords to your buffer site in the general topic of your niche. But not your keywords. If that makes sense?
