Backlinking - Any services to do this?

Hi All,

1st post and a question, sorry but I want to build backlinks to my backlinks and would like to know what services you use.

Not just i.e. I use senuke but can you post a link to the service provider too?

So I want to build something like 10 web 2.0's tier 1, a couple of hundred article links and social links tier 2 and senuke or something else to blast the links tier 3. Something like this, I'm sure you get the gist of it.
