I saw the link it’s just a hacked site injection where someone used an exploit to host their spam pages on a legit domain. They’re running a script to mass generate these pages and piggyback on the site's indexing power for free. It’s a common move in the chinese seo scene, but it's risky because the whole thing vanishes once the owner patches the hole.
