Those links come from bulk sites spun up by the people advertising their telegram channel in your screenshot. Every webmaster will see them cropping up in backlink reports as they seem to target every registered domain on the internet, or at least any websites with a hint of traffic. They tend to block Googlebot from crawling, as they're only interested in showing up on Ahrefs reports etc.
But why are there thousands of backlinks to me and my website is ranked 1st

They target low authority sites ranking in SERPs and create some low quality backlinks which usually doesn't affect their ranking. When the competitors see them, they assume that the webmaster ordered them and the site was ranking because of those backlinks. Many of them order these packages considering it to be a proven strategy. However, these links don't work.

Correlation != causation. There is no way this company is actively ranking you for free.

Those look like classic GSA Search Engine Ranker. While they can definitely give you a quick ranking spike, the footprint is massive and Google usually catches up to them pretty fast with a manual action or an algorithmic filter. If youre going to use them, its much safer to point them at a Tier 2 or Tier 3 property rather than your main site to avoid getting nuked.

No, they're nothing like GSA links. Have you even looked at the screenshot in question, or are you just copy/pasting chatbot responses?

Yeah, these are typically mass generated spam links. People use automated tools or hacked domains to create huge volumes of backlinks in a very short time, especially in black hat niches.
You might see quick movement from it, but it’s usually unstable. Once the links get removed or devalued, rankings often drop just as fast.

If it's a keyword with little competition, it's normal for your site to rank for a few days, then drop in the rankings. That's how Google's algorithm works... how will it know that your site is better than another if neither has backlinks? It's based on user traffic and the time they spend on your site, and without ranking your site at the top, it won't have that metric.
From what I've observed in my projects, Google ranks your site and monitors it. If many people access it, return, and go to other sites, it means your content isn't as good as the algorithm thought, so it lowers your site and puts the previously ranked sites back at the top. I don't know if that makes sense, but in short: Google ranks your site for a few days to see if the content is high quality; if not, after a few days it drops to the second page.

Who said this type of link will rank your website? There are spammy links; if you don't care about these types of links, they will tank your website with millions of links. just disavow those links and build only links that are relevant to your niche.

Quick ranking spikes from mass links can happen but they don’t always last, I’d focus more on understanding why the page ranked rather than copying the volume alone

You build links like the one in the OP screenshot? Bulk pages targeting every domain with a telegram account as anchor text, which when accessed by anything other than a SEO tools crawler redirects to a telegram seller?

What i meant blocking crawlers and targeting only for citation. i do automate similar with another platform similar. I am working on very popular platform where i am sending lot of door way pages to millions of anchor texts i build to same

That’s just a standard gsa search engine ranker or scrapebox blast targeting old wiki and question & answer footprints.
You can do this yourself with a vps and some decent proxies or just buy a cheap seo blast service in the marketplace here.
Just be careful because those links are pure spam and usually get your site nuked by google after a few weeks.
