not sure if it works, but it won't hurt for sure. At the end of the day it's still a backlink from an authority website, so get it if you can.
I got 2 backlinks last year from diigo but haven't managed to index them yet, don't know why

Look for its traffic, ranking keywords and the value it provides to the readers. You know, DA is not everything.

There hasn't been a single indexed url with the prefix. It will be hard to index it from what I think.
