Backlink Watchdog like SheerSEO

I'm searching for a software which regulary checks my backlinks. It doesn't have to run on the web, it can be a Windows tool.

What it should do:
- Entering or importing an URL(s)
- Check if the need link is there
- Check the anchor text
- Check the PR
- Check outbound links
- Check if page is available
- Check if there is a metarobot noindex
- Check if there is a metarobot nofollow
- Check if there is a nofollow attribute
- Recognizes <a href="..." rel="****************" rel="nofollow"> as nofollow
- It should alert if something changed and what changed (even the outbound links).
- It should be possible to clear the error.

Is there something like this out? I don't want to be restricted to 40 URL's or pay a lot like I have to do with SheerSEO...

Can't believe there isn't such a tool. If there isn't really one, I'm thinking about to use this "niche" and coding a PHP script which can be run via cron every night.

Market Samurai has most of those features and that is what I use.

I have a web based tool that does this, PLUS verifies all my outsources work. for now it runs each link once a week.

I will chat to the guys here about making it so you all can play ;-)

I know Market Samurai which is just great. You are true my midle time plan is to replace SheerSEO with Market Samuarai. But there are two problems:

• The ranking information isn't accurate on local Google (non english). I've contacted the support and they told me that at the moment there is a problem and they are searching for a fix. SheerSEO is just great, the guy there put a server here to our country to give us accurate results.. But it's damn expensive.
• There isn't a link watchdog... The one of SheerSEO is quiet great, but on professional plan you only have 40 links for this and then you pay a lot for extra links. Because I'm buying from time to time some links I want a tool which isn't restricted on the linkcount.

The stuff that sheerseo does is easily written in PHP. Does anybody know how they work out the PR boost value? I believe its something to do with pr divided by backlinks.
