Backlink URLs!

My on-page is working good for client's site... but in off page, I'm struggling a lot.. Can you guys help me with best sites litst to develop my backlinks?
It will be a lot more helpful. I can see lot more options for this available in SERP but most of them are with high spam score. If you guys having any trusted site list with good DA and limited spam score sites, please share here. TIA.

you have to search it at your own according to your niche otherwise you can hire some good seo consultant

Most public lists are trash now — spammed to death. I build my own list from niche-relevant expired domains + do manual outreach for niche edits. Scrapebox + Ahrefs = best combo to vet links fast. Don’t chase DA, check traffic & OBL.

Agree with you but now a days mostly clients wants a high da dr and tf
