Backlink Software?

What is your opinion of the best tools to start getting backlinks, I'm looking for the best, cost is not an issue, I already know about xrumer, what are the others.

I need stuff for social bookmarks, article submissions, etc..

What's the best?

Sadly there is no such thing as the best backlinking software. If you will buy SEnuke then you will receive partially good social bookmarking, rss submission and article submission, but amount of sites is very limited.
Even though BMD have a good opinion, it's "main sites" are limited also. You can however add shitload of scuttle/pligg websites.
Article Post Robot is a very nice article submitter, you can add as many article directories as you want (based on article dashboard, articleMs, article beach article Friendly software).
There're AutoPligg, Seo Link Pro, PRstorm, RSS Submit and other softwares too.
 
The real answer is to use ALL of the above and spread it out a bit.
Hard work and its a learning curve on them all but ultimately worth it.

They are constantly updating the list, and they just added a list of about 500 high PR web 2.0 sites.:D

you can get thousands of good quality links from SENuke.
