My question is this:

I am currently producing 15+ unique articles a day, not spun, actually written by myself and my team. My questions is twofold:

First what software can I use to find quality pr3+ backlinks, I dont want to autopost, I just want to find the sites I can MANUALLY post to.

Second, What software or advice(if you have) can I use to develop an efficient back link building strategy. For example, if I submit an article i write to an article submission linking back to me, how many web 2.0, blogs, etc should I have linking to it, etc. I want to make the most efficient use out of the large content we are writing daily.

Sounds like you are looking for an auto filling tool (like autofill magic), and not something that auto-posts like Senuke/GSA/etc. Then you can manually make the T1 easier.
