I am going to buy some backlinks and before I do I have a couple questions if you could help me

Where is the best place to buy them?(Fiverr is just people who spam them which hurts not helps you)

How can I tell if the backlinks helped me/how much they have helped me?

If I am buying backlinks which link do I give them, Example: website.blogspot.com or website.blogspot.com/tutorials.html(My website has a bunch of different niches on it)

Are backlinks the only way to get ranked 1st page?

Buy backlinks from providers on bhw. check the BST's they are more trusted than fiverr.

track your rankings to know it if the links has helped though it depends on your niche and the competition.
you can build you links to both your root domain and inner pages.

How do I see what I am currently ranked? Thanks for the help btw...

You should definitely use the Services board on BHW. It's higher quality than most the crap you buy elsewhere. I've tried quite a few services, I know.
