Backlink Quality Rater on Wordpress

I want to build a backlink quality checker instrument on my website. So user inputs a website, and in return he receives a score (out of 100) of quality of receiving backlink from that website. Apparently it must run according to some algo, but if there are ready made solutions for integration on the web, for now I d like to try them. Anyone knows anything similar???

Isn't this basically what semrush and ahrefs do? Both have apis if you want to integrate with your own site.

what i wabt is not directly pull via API. I need just an input form and a simple "rating" out of 100 (which is produced by a simple algorithm written by me) as an output.
