Hello guys, something just happened which I can't quite understand.
I posted a comment with a anchor text to my page on a competitior's page a few days ago and pinged it, yesterday I was checking my backlinks and I had 14, my keyword competition isn't too high so I was happy that manual backlinking was working and in a few months I would be rank 1, but when I check the backlinks I get a nice surprise, they are all from my competitors page, I got 14 backlinks (most pr4-6) for posting a comment in a competitor's page, at first I was skeptic, but then I tought he was helping me out.

Fast forward to a few seconds ago, I go into a backlink checker to check my backlinks and a even bigger surprise I caught, I have around 450 backlinks from my competitor's page, do you guys know what the hell is happening? Is he trying to make my website be de-indexed (the website is only 4 days old)?

This is interesting. I have never heard about such a technique. Probably it will be just some mistake on his side, becasue I think he will not bother with 4 days old site... it makes no logic, just think about it.

So, in conclusion, I would feel untroubled at your place

does he have recent comments linked sitewide in his sidebar/footer?

Oh yeah he has...
Forgot to check that lol, will I keep all those backlinks or will they be gone when my coment is out of the recent comments?

What do you think? It are recent comments ;)

Yeah I think those recent comment bl ur getting will be gone soon, but the main bl will be there that you made earlier.

How can another site de-index your site? It doesn't make sense. I wouldn't be complaining if I were you ;)

they will slowly go. Doesn't matter though, Google will only ever count them as 1 link as they are from the same domain.
