I want to buy and resell backlinks, now how is the price of these backlinks determined?

Easiest way to find the cheapest price is go to fiverr and search for the kind of backlink you wanna resell.
Ex:
Health guest post
You will quickly see they are around ~ 25$
This is a common backlink
Similarly
Yahoo finance post ~ 200$
This very specific site backlink
Create an excell sheet will these data.
Also ask them for samples they will automatically send you links with rates.
Combine all that data in your Excell sheet.

Thanks for the great advice earlier, it was genuinely useful.

Your knowledge on the topic suggests you might be offering these services yourself. If that's the case, I'd be very interested to know if you have a reseller program or any special pricing for resellers.

If you do, would it be possible for you to PM me a list of the backlink types you offer and their prices?

No worries at all if this is not something you do, but I thought it was worth asking. Thanks either way!

What kind of backlinks?
Thanks for asking for clarification.

I'm primarily looking to resell high-quality, contextual backlinks for my clients' websites, which are mostly business sites, blogs, and affiliate sites.

My main focus is on:

  1. Guest Posts: On real, niche-relevant blogs that have consistent organic traffic.
  2. Niche Edits / Link Inserts: Placing links contextually into existing, aged articles.
I'm trying to understand the fair market price for these types of links, especially from sites with good authority (e.g., DR 30+).

Feel free to reach out if you become interested in PBN links too.

The price of a backlink usually depends on factors like domain authority, traffic quality, niche relevance, and how naturally the link is placed in the content.
Links from sites with real traffic and active audiences typically cost more.
Also, homepage links or editorial placements tend to be more valuable than generic or footer links.
