We all know websites where we register to create new page with anchor link for ******** link.
I was writing titles which contain main keywords, but It’s hard to be indexed yea ?

So It’s better choice If I use easy keywords for the same niche ?
Easy Keyword = Index in Google sooner
Am I right ?

P.S. I know little about PBN links.

that's not how it works... anymore. Google have stopped indexing and ranking pages based on their titles many moons ago (around 2016, give or take).

What I mean is: you can put whatever you want in the title of the pages you create - no matter if it's the pages on your site, or the pages that contain your backlinks - and it won't make any difference in how fast those pages will get indexed. You might still need to force indexing if google doesn't do it within a few weeks (which I assume they won't because they're fighting a lot of spam lately, so they have no reasons to index everything under the Sun anymore)

definitely! Easy keywords are always the way to go when you're building a new site, but...

easy keyword does NOT equal faster google index.

Easy keyword = keyword... 1) for which there is very little, or no content in google... 2) there is at least one website with low authority (under 20 DA / DR) ranking in top 10... 3) there aren't only / mostly big, authority sites in that particular niche for that keyword.... 4) (optional) it's a long tail keyword (4+ words long) and / or doesn't have buyer intent (top 5 [whatever], best [whatever], [whatever] vs [whatever], [whatever] review, [whatever] discount code, etc)

This is what easy keywords means, and it has nothing to do with indexing in google... or rather, it has very little to do with indexing in google and only coincidentally, in the sense that if google desperately needs content for that keyword because it has nothing to show the users then they might index that keyword faster, but it's not always guaranteed :)

Thank you!

One more question. After all of this, I need to use PBN links for all backlinks ( 80-90% ) ? Because they are not indexing themself.

what ?!? No, you don't need to use PBNs lol... I mean, you can use them if you want, but if you use quality PBNs at least point them directly to your money site, not to your backlinks :)

And if the backlinks don't get indexed you need to use indexing services (speed links, lindexing, omega indexer, etc).... you could also try social signals (pinterest, facebook, tweeter, etc), these help too sometimes
