Backlink Organizer

Do you use any program or spreadsheet model to control your backlinks?

I'm looking for a better way to organize it!

Spreadsheets works. But if you need to check the links, I assume you need a programmer to create some script for you with Cronjob. That could be a custom made and I believe that will not be very expensive.
