This site has an interesting tool:
I gave them a call but they are still developing the tool
Cemper also has a tool you can see it here
but I'm not paying $200+ per month.
Maybe someone else in the forum has an idea, if no such tool exists, its an opportunity for a developer to make money,

As I mentioned from my second thread post, there are 2 companies that already have a solution, one is too expensive and the other is still in development. Before you break a sweat trying to re-create the wheel, you may want to investigate their solutions first.
Cemper does it in a very interesting way, they actually use API data from majesticseo and seomoz to pull the backlinks data which is then emailed to the end user. Hope this helps in your endeavor, PM me once it's live

maybe http://ahrefs.com/ would have such option ?
