Backlink noob

Hi everyone. I work with SEO, but have no experience with black hat practices for link building. I've checked the marketplace, but since I'm dealing with a website in a non-english speaking country I'm I'ma bit disillusioned thinking none of the offers there would apply to me.

Is there a section of this community for those working with languages other than English (in my case it's portuguese)? If not, could anyone point me towards something? I replaced someone that I know used this place for backlinks to said website, but I'm at a loss here

Oh, I was under the impression the HAF section didn't extend to link building packages. Thanks mate, will give that a try
