nope , It will just waste your time if you spam. BUT spam rank can be good also for short term

go back in time .. lets say 2010 .. many users says you can rank a site to page 1 with scrapebox alone

If you can afford softwares and spam using servers on your own, then that's preferable since you know what's happening.
There are quite a few services here on BHW if you want other people to take care of it.
