same boat. I;m using their free BL checker and high DA links I know are don't show up after a month. AHREFs said they update their live links every 15 minutes. So, it's a good thing they don't show up? All that counts is Google (which is sad)..
It's a freaking monopoly company if there ever was one and everyone has to bend over to their every command / algo update. website notifications about issues on mobile device. So tired of their crap.

My PBN backlinks never show up in Ahrefs or another third party tool, I block the crawlers so my competitors can't find them. The only thing that matters is if Google crawled and indexed the page.

As far google indexed your back links then its not an issue, and Aherf don't show back links cause they have some different set of rules just check with google search console and use tools to analyse site improvement.

If you didn't find your backlinks in AHREF - it might happen in light of the fact that it doesn't crawl your links yet or possibly with no-follow links

why you worry mate on Ahref, what matter is all these links county by google or not.

Some PBN owners install a link blocker within wordpress so the domains wont show in 3rd party tools.
