There are many indexing tools are available. but in my suggestion don't do that. Please wait for few days for indexing. page indexing is depends upon the site and the content you have used. it will take few days for natural index, so please wait for that.

It's going to take a lil time, say 2 weeks or maybe less than that. But let it happen naturally

You can see indexed backlink using Google webmaster
1. Go to Google webmaster ( New console)
2. Click the link (You can see it left the side)
3. Now you can see indexed backlink

You can ask into you google webmaster tool to index your website, it should takes 1day

If you want to index your backlinks don' t do it. Use a crawler. Check colinkri.

No you dont have to wait around. What I do is:
let say Im waiting for a backlink from Website A. All I do is add a anchor text in one of my article which points to the Website A and submit the article for indexing again on search console. And within 4-6 days i can see the backlinks in the tool.

My brother has a local business and he was doing some citations for it. Most of them don't get indexed and don't help ranking. He started making tumblr blogs and posting the citation urls there and that helped indexing them. For guest posts I don't think it's needed to help indexing.

I think you can share it on Reddit, twitter, Facebook or other social networking site. Its gets index faster using that method. Although it will be index after some time. But it also matter from where are you creating backlinks. If its from good website its fast.

Don't push to index backlinks
If you index immediately it is a method of a black hat. Is this not a natural way. Google will index normally by natural method
If you have to do social bookmarking and build social signals to the backlink URL. This will also make to index quickly.
