I don't like to push for getting index any backlinks. most of the time if need then i do some tier 2 backlinks for those backlinks. It naturally better works for me.

If you are about indexing Web 2.0 sites there are some indexing service they can help you to get indexed , but some of Web 2.0 sites they are coded with no index tag so it won’t work .

I normally build inks to them from indexed pages. Cheap blog posts work good.
