Yes, i use google console to quickly indexed new urls, it takes mostly no more than 5 minutes to get urls indexed.

Social Bookmarking in good sites also helps in indexing backlinks

Quite possibly a portion of your connections still aren't listed now.
Try not to stress… Social signs will help.
Social signs won't just assistance list your connections, yet they will improve their trust also.
There isn't a lot to this strategy.
Simply go to PBN Butler and request social signs.

you can create web 2.0 as tier 2 backlink, create a page and put your tier 1 link on that page, then submit it to google search console...
it will be indexed soon, in my case it will be indexed in 2-3 days.
after it is indexed, remove your old tier 2 backlink to avoid footprint

Use blogspot, they work. If possible, buy old blogger which has existing link profile. I get my link indexed within 24 hours. Whatever does not, I use bulkaddurl and it does the job

A couple of months ago they put the explanation on the front page of how they index. They have now taken it off.
If you look on way back machine it says the following.
https://web.archive.org/web/20181103004734/http://bulkaddurl.com/#details
Details: we add our domain to https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/, create our page MyPage that do 301-redirect to your page YourPage and do "Fetch as Google" of MyPage. Google immediately goes to MyPage and is automatically redirected to YourPage, so in fact google's bot immediately goes to YourPage. And if averything is good YourPage is indexed almost immediately after that.
As we see this new method works almost the same as previous one that used.

I have tried the 301 method. It's tricky but it works. If I could figure out how to beat the how many urls limitation, I would also produce an indexing service in the same manner.

Just find a site which pages get indexed in quite quick time. If it gives do-follow link then post short article with like 8 backlinks. They will be indexed for sure if they contain good content. But's it's really easier and cheaper to pay 5 bucks for speed-links and have 5000 backlink indexation per month.
