Hello,
I need your help. 5 months ago I identified several backlinks with 30+ DA and PA, DO FOLLOW, directed to my website. These are INDEX, FOLLOW and I would like to index them in Google. Can you help me with a free TOOL for this job? Thank you!

Doesn't make sense that after so much time they are still not indexed. With such high DA they should have been indexed long time ago. Something is wrong here.

Oh, so the domain has high Domain authority but the page itself has very little backlinks if any.
You'll need to create a few backlinks to this page to have it indexed.
Also, the page has too thin content. You need to create more content on it to have it indexed.

I wouldn't use a software to create links, that is usually too spammy. But you could pay for a cheap directory submission. SheerSEO can automate that part. You could also create links through blog comments when they allow do follow links.
Regarding content, just write something. Your page is worthless if it has no content anyway.
