i am having a little problem and was wondering if anyone else ever experienced this. I set up all my Ping.fm sites about 20 of them exactly how the read me told me to checking one thing per network.

Uploaded the script to my server set the cron job to 10 minutes and it works as it is supose to except it keeps posting to wordpress.com and none of the others then when i disable wordpress on ping.fm it only posts to xanga.com but if i completly change the config.php file to post to all services that works fine.

ANy ideas on how to fix this?

no one has any thoughts on this?

Have you contacted support? I had an issue with v4 sucking up cpu resources and while it took them a couple of days to find the bug they did get me fixed up.

was your bug similar to mine?

the script is working exactly as it should be working the only problem is it is posting to only 1 network in ping.fm

i would contact support but i dont think its a script problem i think its a ping.fm problem

Just installed this today and it seems to work fine. I have not seen the issue you explain above thankfully. I have noticed though that Ping.fm seems to take a hell of a time posting the content and links. Just looked at it and in the last 3 hours it only posted to 2 web2 accounts. It seems to post every 1-3 hours which is going to take a hell of a time to post all the links I have stored up in the mylinks file.

My cron job is set for every 10 mins - has anyone else got any figures re posting times? The other thing I can't get my head around is the mylinks file. I can see that posted links are captured in a different txt file but nothing seems to happen to the posted links in the mylinks file....do you simply just keep adding your new ones and the old redundant already posted links remain in there til the end of time?

see i dont have the problem with the cron job my cron job and ping.fm posts every 10 minutes as its supose to, perhaps your host doesnt allow you to run the cron job every 10 minutes like you want try a free online cron job and see if that works.

yes the links you just keep adding and the old ones stay there.
