Hi,
I used the Money Robot tool to generate some backlinks for my website.
Should I manually submit these generated links to indexing tools, such as the GSA indexer, to help Google index these links?

From what I've seen most Money Robot links, especially their flavour of web2.0, won't have any sort of backlinks to the new subdomain they're created on. I don't think there's any built in pinging in the app (which as Google has removed sitemap pings is moot), so Googlebot will need some sort of pointers to even know they exist. You won't be able to add them to GSC as the links aren't on domains you have control over, which leaves either indexing services or backlinks as your indexing vectors. Of the two, and considering the links are built on brand new subdomains, you'll need to use some sort of tiering to get any juice flowing through the newly built links.

Do you mean, do I need to create backlinks first for these newly generated MoneyRobot links?

Yep, they're freshly created subdomains with no links pointing to them, so no way for Googlebot to find out about them. Such is the curse of most web2.0s
